Fear of God vs. Fear of Man

MP: The fear of God produces freedom -- but the fear of people enslaves us to them.

A few questions-

- What controls my emotional highs and lows?

- Does criticism crush me and praise inflate me?

- Does someone’s disapproval linger longer than God’s promises?

- Are we more concerned with looking stupid in front of people or acting sinfully before God?

- Am I a chameleon? Do I change to fit my surroundings?

Three Points:

- Stop performing for people

- Love people enough to risk losing them

- Give Jesus the glory we've wanted for ourselves
